Lead Massage Therapist, Pilates and Yoga Instructor

Neva specializes in medium to deep tissue massage with the use of variety of techniques.  Most commonly requested is a blend of sports massage, with stretching and deep tissue.  Neva is also the lead pilates and yoga instructor who’s passion is to help clients improve strength and mobility.
